Hizuru: “Totsumura…what were you doing here again?”

Lmao, SAVAGE! 😂

Ngl, I’m still trying to wrap my head around everything that was explained this episode. This show is getting a little too big-brained for my smol brain to fully comprehend, lol…looking forward to Hizuru/Ryuunosuke going all out next week though.

Also, the title of the next episode…is that supposed to be a reference to Rebuild of Evangelion?

"If this battle ever ends, I will turn my experiences in this island into a novel. I have yet to write a non-fiction work"

Man just told Nezu not to raise any death flag and yet she raise one herself, I have bad feeling bout this

ihavenolife • 1 year ago

how ironic

Kirito • 1 year ago

It's still kinda funny and weird shinpei hearing his voice again from the phone

Fortune's Feline • 1 year ago

RIGHT?! Hizuru says, "don't raise any death flags" and then proceeds to raise a death flag! XD

*Hizuru's inner thoughts*: "Nezu is bound to raise a death flag! He better not!.......AHA I'll do it FiRsT!!!!" XD

Kirito • 1 year ago

Haine already has the phone of hizuru so that means ya know and what we are seeing already happened when haine called shinpei

Xyrus • 1 year ago

When understanding the timeline you should keep in mind that Haine can travel time like Ushio. Both really cannot initiate the time traveling themselves but they are both attached to Shin therefore if Shin travelled to a new timeline, what happens to both Haine and Ushio is their memories from previous timeline will be kept. Both memories, data and physical form from that previous timeline will be kept. That's why she still has the copy of Shin that copied by Shiori(Haine in Shiori's body) when Shin investigated the Kobayashi's house from far far previous timeline.

Kirito • 1 year ago

If haine can copy shinpei then that means he knows all the plan of shinpei and what he did throughout the whole episode and this is not good for team human shinpei

Xyrus • 1 year ago

She copied him lot of timelines ago so she doesn't really has Shinpei's latest memories.

KingArcher • 1 year ago

Maybe a dumb question but do you know how she is able to use the phone when the original hasn't been destroyed?

Xyrus • 1 year ago

I don't really know either. It literally break the explanation I just said. The phone is a copy from previous timeline and the phone that Shin has came from the previous timeline too. It is the same phone, basically, so it doesn't make any sense why it works but I think Haine will explain it because she mentioned something about the loop's flaw.

Sazoku • 1 year ago

the phone got impregnated

vovan1 • 1 year ago

this is probably the most rational explanation!

Kirito • 1 year ago

That phone is really something how can two of the same phone exist in this timeline

Amadeus • 1 year ago

The phone was copied and absorbed in the third loop by a shadow. And that shadow got absorbed by Haine among all the other shadows she absorbed. So the data of his phone is still in Haine's data.

Kirito • 1 year ago

You're saying haine made a copy of that phone and he brought it in this timeline isn't that like a cheat code lol

Amadeus • 1 year ago

I mean yeah it is a cheat code lol.

Xyrus • 1 year ago

Only one copy of the phone can work, if the original is not destroyed, it will not work. That's what Ushio said when she talk about how the nailgun copy work.

Ankku YonZon • 1 year ago

Well, technically Shinpae's phone wasn't working since it was out of network coverage, meanwhile Haine made the call to Hizuru..

Xyrus • 1 year ago

The very phone will not work if another exist not the network only.

David Can • 1 year ago

To people who still dont understand why haine can use shin phone here’s some explaination from what i understand, so shin say that the copy phone cannot be used if the original phone still exist, but at the 3rd loop haine copy shin phone then absord the original one, so the copy can be used at the 3rd loop after that haine store the phone data in her “copy storage” same as how ushio can “storage” some items that has been scanned, and haine can bring the previous loop data to the current one, so thats why haine can use shin phone at 8th loop because the original phone was the 3rd loop one not the one shin use at 8th loop. Sorry for my bad english

Xyrus • 1 year ago

But that's what my first comment talking about. Shin came from the very first loop, everything he carry came from previous loops too including his phone therefore all of the phone that Shin carried in the every loop are the same and only differs because it is a copy.

Masumi • 1 year ago

Haine brought the original phone along from a different timeline.

Which is still weird - there are two phones now because she carried it back, but Shin got his stolen phone restored when he reset...
Im just trying to shoehorn in some possibility that an alive version of shadow!Ushio is still around, as the one who died travelled back holding on to Shin. But not sure its working XD

Lucyw18 • 1 year ago

im not entirely sure if this is accurate but Haine got the actual phone of the 1st time line and since its the 'original' phone it still works

Animan • 1 year ago

At this point, we can assume Haine and Shide are whole different breeds of Shadow. Rules that pertain to Haines offspring, don't always apply to them.

Kirito • 1 year ago

I'm still a bit shock that haine copied shinpei because this is bad really bad for the team human shinpei because the shadow is in advantage for so many episodes

ohmiodio • 1 year ago

thats not the original phone. they destroyed the original and made 2 copies

Rushifer • 1 year ago

In the manga I think it was mentioned that when Shinpei had no Signal/Connection Haine used that opportunity to use the phone

Kusuo Saiki • 1 year ago

I guess because she's copied it twice in two past loops.

Kusuo Saiki • 1 year ago

Yeah, I'm not a manga reader but I'm thinking Shin in the end will win this all by killing himself for real. Maybe somehow we'll get lucky and he'll only survive as a shadow from either Ushio's hair/necklace or shadow Mio sacrificing herself to make a Shin shadow because she knows of real Mio's deep love for him. Just a wild guess though. Shadow shin survives.

Second guess: Shadow god turns good and sacrifices self to help shadow Ushio and shadow Shin be together.

Ofc when this goes big brain on us here it just means it's just pulling a major @$$pull on us lol

belarghest • 1 year ago

Haine's 8 parallel universes ahead of sensei, So Runyunske's going all out, just this once.

Archie Andrew's 1000 • 1 year ago

But it's this kind of thing is a typical shonen @$$pull move tho

vovan1 • 1 year ago

her moves are 10.000 years ahead of us. Like from a certain Overlord.

Ryunozuke was too happy to be with Hizuru when she's awake. That was anti-climatic lol

It was cute.

Haine pulled a hidden card in this ep hahaha...
I didn't even noticed that she absorbed all the shadows during the festival which gave her a save file of Shinpe and the phone
Big Brain Moment~

Fortune's Feline • 1 year ago

Yeah, that was pretty well timed, perfectly placed. Though, handing him a 2 shot derringer is almost a put down in it's own right. Poor Totsumura. XD To be fair, he has not shown himself to be the errrr...most VIP-ish of the group thus far...putting it kindly.

Kirito • 1 year ago

Yeah I was a bit confused at first because when that priest guy said he shot hizuru last night I was like that didn't happen last episode then I remember yeah that happened in the episode
